  1. Job description:

  • Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage human resources (Recruitment, compensations & benefits, HR operation, HR system, internal discipline, labor management)

  1. Job requirement:

  • University degree or above
  • At least 5 years of working experience as HR manager
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensations & benefits, recruitment process, organizational development, labor relation
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • Good communication in English
