- Job description:
- Plan, develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage human resources (Recruitment, compensations & benefits, HR operation, HR system, internal discipline, labor management)
- Job requirement:
- University degree or above
- At least 5 years of working experience as HR manager
- In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensations & benefits, recruitment process, organizational development, labor relation
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Good communication in English
