Job Description
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's strategy and local regulations.
- Job Description Writing
- Prepare yearly HR budgets
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Build the training process and create the training strategies
- Payroll and benefit management
- Set Performance evaluation system
- General Administrative
- Employee Relation Management
- Ensure HR activity meets and integrates with organizational requirements for quality, legal and ethical stipulations
Requirement
- University degrees on relevant fields
- Age under 32
- At least 4 years experienced in HR (company scope's over 200 employees)
- Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics.
- A solid knowledge of Vietnam compensation, labor legal and benefit landscape
- Good English communication. Good Chinese is a plus
- Good team management skill
- Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
