Job Description
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's strategy and local regulations.
Job Description Writing
Prepare yearly HR budgets
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Build the training process and create the training strategies
Payroll and benefit management
Set Performance evaluation system
General Administrative
Employee Relation Management
Ensure HR activity meets and integrates with organizational requirements for quality, legal and ethical stipulations

Requirement
University degrees on relevant fields
Age under 32
At least 4 years experienced in HR (company scope's over 200 employees)
Demonstrate experience with human resources metrics.
A solid knowledge of Vietnam compensation, labor legal and benefit landscape
Good English communication. Good Chinese is a plus
Good team management skill
Good analysis, logical thinking and problem-solving skill
