Main responsibilities

  • Build up and develop the Human Resources Department to contribute to the company's development
  • Handle overall HR & GA function under Vietnam Labour Laws such as Recruitment, Employment, Training, Employee relationship, Compensation Welfare & Benefits and all administration jobs
  • Manage the recruitment process while asking for the consultancy from external sources
  • Manage the preparation for all the data and materials necessary for external Payroll Accountants
  • Strictly control all the Admin tasks for employees
  • Ensure the company compliance with the current HR laws and regulations
  • Build and manage the personnel development system


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of HR Management
  • At least 10 years of working in HR function and 5 years as management level
  • Ideally experience working in Manufacturing or Western companies
  • Clearly understand the current HR laws and regulations in Vietnam
  • Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Open-minded, sociable and highly responsible; Creative, persuasive and confident
  • Fluent in English
