Main responsibilities
- Build up and develop the Human Resources Department to contribute to the company's development
- Handle overall HR & GA function under Vietnam Labour Laws such as Recruitment, Employment, Training, Employee relationship, Compensation Welfare & Benefits and all administration jobs
- Manage the recruitment process while asking for the consultancy from external sources
- Manage the preparation for all the data and materials necessary for external Payroll Accountants
- Strictly control all the Admin tasks for employees
- Ensure the company compliance with the current HR laws and regulations
- Build and manage the personnel development system
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of HR Management
- At least 10 years of working in HR function and 5 years as management level
- Ideally experience working in Manufacturing or Western companies
- Clearly understand the current HR laws and regulations in Vietnam
- Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Open-minded, sociable and highly responsible; Creative, persuasive and confident
- Fluent in English
