* Participate or update Total Rewards Market Survey for reference in review of the company salary structure
* Review and update Salary Structure annually or as required by the management to ensure compliance to Vietnam law and Company policy
* Regularly review and update Job Evaluation / Job Grading following organization changes
* Set up, propose, monitor Employees' Compensation & Benefits policies to align with other affiliates in the region or shareholding company for enhancement of employees' engagement
* Monitor Social Insurance / Health Insurance / Unemployment Insurance of the Company

General Affair
* Manage day to day activities of General Affairs/Admin Services, Safety and Health
* Formulates GA Policy, External Affairs
* Control of GA Budget
