1. HR

  • Recruitment
  • Manage employees' personnel data system and filing
  • Process monthly payroll data for Vietnamese and Japanese
  • Manage benefits for Vietnamese employees, including compulsory benefits and additional benefits from the company
  • Control and improve training program and quality
  • Evaluate working performance and design promotion route for staffs
  • Propose yearly base up and welfare
  • Assist in defining the strategy to enhance the employee relations, engagement and communication within work place
  • Other HR works assigned from Company

2. ADM

  • Book car, hotel, air ticket for business trip in and out
  • File, arrange and update checklist for contracts/legal documents/resolution/decision/policy
  • Carry out the work permit and visa procedures for foreign staff to work in Vietnam
