Job Description

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Consult, develop and maintain of Organization Structure according to Group values and strategy
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to implement and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

 

 

Job Requirement

- Bachelor degree in Human Resource/Business Administration or equivalent majors.
- At least 10 years’ experience in HR field including 4 years at manager level. Prefer candidates with background in FMCG
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience as trainer, building training program and T-T-T
- Strong Recruitment experiences with networking in FMCG field
- Strong Experience in developing OC within MNC with more than 1000 employees
- Fluently in English
- Strong leadership, teamwork, good communication & presentation skills
- Be able to work under pressure
