1. Payroll, insurances and personal income tax matters:

  • Receive and resolve employee's questions regarding payroll, statutory insurance, employee benefits and taxation matters
  •  
  • Do monthly payroll, insurance, personal income tax and all related reports
  •  
  • Do annual personal income tax finalization
  •  
  • Build value-added partnership with HRL and enhance customer orientation and communication to deliver the services entrusted; weekly meeting with customers
  •  
  • Deliver C&B entrusted tasks and improve process where needed
  •  
  • Provide required documents to auditors and ensure compliance on assigned tasks
  •  


2. Contract management

  • Prepare and renew labor contract, termination decision, certificate
  •  
  • Filing
  •  


3. Compensation & Benefits Matters:

  • Review tax compliance and propose tax saving measures where possible
  •  
  • Salary benchmarking, compensation & benefits analysis
  •  
  • Ensure data quality of master data, C&B data
  •  
  • Budget
  •  
  • Ensure compliance on all C&B activities
  •  
  • Bonus calculation
  •  


4. Reports

  • Prepare reports as required by local authority for timely submission (labor reports, expat report, …)
  •  
  • Prepare HR reports such as headcount report, cost report, etc
  •  


5. Revise policy/process

  • Revise and build up policies/processes, internal labor regulation, etc
  •  


6. Regional Projects/tasks implementation

  • Ensure the execution and implementation of all HR tasks from regional are adhered and carried out accordingly
  •  
  • Ensure well execution on the assigned tasks from superior
  •  


7. Medical insurance & personal accident insurance

  • Monthly report new hire/resigned associates to insurer
  •  
  • Yearly renew medical insurance contract
  •  
  • Consult benefits & program to associates
  •
