 Be responsible for IT recruitment in Vietnam
 Manage the whole recruitment and selection process - direct searching through different channels, conducting interviews, processing and motivating candidates, offers, onboarding etc.
 Active search for IT professionals, finding new ways of reaching candidates
 Candidates database management
 Create and execute strategic sourcing plans, and stay updated on recruitment trends by maintaining and enhancing a network of contacts in the industry
HR Agenda
 Support of HR processes, performance management, training and development
 Organization of company and team events
 Support good team spirit and pleasant working environment
 Engage employees and motivate them
 Execution of the HR marketing campaigns, social media maintenance and content management
 Active communication inside/outside the company
