Responsibilities:
- Assumes the role as a servant leader, teacher and mentor for employees on their company's journey
- Provides input into the Talent strategy for the business through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by activating global solutions, e.g. Talent Management tools/ processes and Skill metrics, etc)
- Implements, and coordinates change initiatives to support enhanced organizational effectiveness within the business
- Collaborates with other divisions to share best practices
- Standardize HR processes and policies as directed by HQ, and in compliance with local, country, and contractual regulations
- Works with HR colleagues from Expertise Teams to deliver HR interventions within the business Collects Human Resources/ Organization Effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across entire HR life cycle
- Is responsible for delivering Employee & Industrial Relations (ER/ IR) to the business (knowledge of legislative and consequent impact on the organization, relationships with works council/ unions, government/regulatory bodies, community, etc.)
- Responsible for Training & Education activities for Manufacturing as People Development Pillar Head under Lean Initiatives.
- All related admin tasks
Requirements:
- Candidate should have a Bachelor of Science or a Bachelor of Arts degree (major in Human Resources is an advantage) with min. 10 years related experience in Organization Development, or related field & OR a Master of Science degree, a Master of Arts degree, or an M.B.A. with 7+ years related experience
- Thorough understanding of management trade unions, key legal, compliance, safety, C&B and other regulatory issues involved in key HR processes
- Bilingual in English & Vietnamese with Fluency (Negotiation Level)
