HR Admin Position -- Job Description

JOB OBJECTIVES

To be able to effectively provide quality HR services daily for Vietnam Office and provide timely responses and resolutions to employee concerns. The job entails providing support for a wide variety of activities of human resources and office administration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

HR Role

l Manage payrolls, including checking timesheet, calculating monthly salary for about 50 employees

l Administer payment of social insurances, health insurance, unemployment insurances, union fees and other related fringe benefits for about 50 employees

l Conduct and administer recruitment activities

l Conduct orientation and training for new staffs, administering exit procedure for quitting staff.

l Administer and support Company Leaders in employee performance appraisal, including proposing evaluation indicators, preparing evaluation forms, conducting interviews.

l Review employee complaints and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of concerns or issues,

l Organize Employee Engagement Activities (Sports events, Outing etc)

Admin Role

l Take messages, direct calls, and answer telephone calls

l Document Records Keeping and Management

l Operate and maintain machines in the office, like personal computers, voice mail systems, facsimile machines, scanners, and photocopiers

l Run errands and deliver messages

l Order services, supplies, and materials

l Arrange appointments, manage calendars, and complete work schedules.

l Office facilities management.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

l At least 2 years related work experience, especially in payroll management

l Able to communicate fluently in English, including speaking and writing (final interview would be conducted in English)

l Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills

l Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Excel and Word

l Basic writing, reading and arithmetic skills

l Strong level of influence and negotiation skills

l Good professional appearance

l Able to work alone on a broad variety of projects

l Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations

l Able to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with people in course of work

l Ability to research, evaluate and analyze new recruitment techniques, methods, and procedures
