  • Be responsible for guaranteeing to meet business demand on developing & accelerating young & dynamic full-time agents, sales leaders, high educated GAD generation to focus on growing Urban customer segments;
  • Hold the accountabilities for the strategy development, framework management, business planning and production target;
  • Executing the strategic goals that led for service excellence by ensuring every contact with customer are optimized and delivering incremental value. Be accountable for channel expansion in alignment with the business plan/strategy;
  • Be responsible for overseeing the consistent delivery of sales acquisition, ensure a seamless consistent customer experience of the channel.
  • Be accountable for attracting and retaining the good people by strictly adhering.
  • Foster a compliance culture as well as managing operational and compliance risks.
  • Direct the enforcement of need-based sales process, policies & procedures, local regulations, internal control & operational risks to ensure full adherence.
  • Ensure close connection among client, business and product; implement a project; stay vigilant and keep abreast with market development and competition.
