Key Responsibilities:
- Define Sales Strategy for Finished Leather Business
- Monitor market activities and industry trends
- Identify and develop new market segments
- Manager Business Risks
- Identify and develop new customers in identified markets and manage customers and ensure delivery of volume & margin targets on a monthly/quarterly/ annual basis
- Order generation and monitoring/reviewing orders on a daily basis with the team
- Manage the entire cycle starting from lead generation to the final delivery of finished product. Liaison with Production and Supply Chain team to ensure on time delivery of the product.
- Ensuring Customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
- Build effective network of insights sharing & connectivity within the other departments
- Participate/support in Divisional and Vertical wide initiatives
Desired Profile:
- Track record into International Marketing and Business Development.
- Sound technical experience into finished leather
- Experience of sales and marketing in different geographies across the globe
- Good understanding about import and export
- Developed new and maintain relationships with suppliers and customer in identified Geography
- Able to translate strategies into practical action and deliver results
- Team Player - Ability to operate effectively in a multi-cultural team environment (across time zone, work locations etc.)
- Independent thinker to support growth aspirations of the BU and Sales Team
Education: Graduate into Leather Technology ; Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Marketing or Foreign Trade will be preferred
Experience: 15 years' experience post qualification in finished leather sales
