Job description.
- To preside in building human resource development strategies of the Corporation office departments, dependent companies and subsidiary companies.
- To direct the review, assessment and report on the implementation of the annual human resource development strategy.
- To preside over the review, and arrange the apparatus of the Corporation office departments and dependent companies.
- To preside in building and promulgate the decision on the establishment of functional units of the Corporation office departments.
- To coordinate in building, adjusting and supplementing the regulations of organization and operation of the Corporation.
- To preside on synthetization, and proposing the function, duty, and organization's structure of the Corporation and subsidiary companies.
- To synthesize, build and approve for the staff's planning of the Corporation office departments, dependent companies and subsidiary companies.
- To synthesize, build and approve the rotation plan towards leader cadres and managers of the Corporation office departments, dependent companies and subsidiary companies.
- To synthesize, propose and submit the appointment, re-appointment, dismissal and disciplinary towards the cadres according to the Corporation's regulations.
- To preside the organization of building the human resource planning, using manpower of the Corporation office departments and dependent companies.
- To direct the operation of recruitment and submit the human resource recruitment plan of the Corporation office departments and dependent companies.
- To recruit directly positions from head of department or above and support interviewing recruitment of subsidiaries.
- To preside the evaluation on the manpower's quality of the Corporation office departments and dependent companies.
- To preside the building and submitting of the annual training program of the Corporation office departments, dependent companies and subsidiary companies.
- To preside the operation of periodical inspection and sudden examination about the implementation of procedure related to employees and the implementation of labor's policies.
- To participate in the implementation of receiving, settlement of complaints, denunciations and disputes in all areas of the Corporates' operations according to regulations.
- To participate in the implementation of the prevention and fight against corruption within the Corporation according to the law on corruption prevention.
- To direct the plan making and salary fund settlement, bonus and annual welfare of the mother Corporation, limited liability companies with 100% capital of the Corporation and subsidiary companies.
- To approve the monthly payroll table, bonus and welfare for the mother Corporation.
- To direct the increase of salary for the mother Corporation's employees.
- To approve the implementation's result of all the policies and regimes for the mother Corporation's employees according to the authorization of General Director.
- To direct the works related to emulation and commendation of the mother Corporation.
- To direct the works of implementation of the task of labor's safety and protection for the mother Corporation.
- To participate in researching, reviewing, improving and promulgating the regulations on the implementation of tasks applied in the Corporation.
- To organize the monitor and evaluation on the compliance with the process according to ISO policy of the Department.
- To direct the evaluation of work effectiveness (KPI) of the mother Corporation's employees.
- To synthesize and report in the field of management and administration periodically and suddenly.
- To organize the archival of dossiers and documents related to professional task.
- To preserve the assigned assets and secure the confidentiality of information.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the superiors.
Job REQUIREMENTS.
- Graduated from university major in Human Resources Management/ Business Administration/ Law or equivalent;
- Training courses about CEO, Human Resources Director.
- Perform job proficiently and independently for all specialized tasks related to human resources management at least 03 years.
- English skill at the level of understanding of relatively complex texts, in which can communicate/interact with native speaker without causing any difficulty for both parties and able to create clear, specific documents on different topics (equivalent level C)
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and able to use specialized softwares such as: email, internet at a decent level.
- Well-understanding, extensive knowledge and training ability.
- Deep-understanding, proficiently in skills, creatively and working independently.
