1. General Affairs/ Secretary/ Office Administration
- Manage, assign the plan, programs, work schedules for events and tasks under the functions of the Board of Directors, Chairman of the Board
- Responsible for preparing necessary conditions and organizing the deployment, monitoring and supervision of the implementation of plans, programs and work schedules ...; Monitor and urge units to implement decisions/ resolutions of the Board;
- Coordinate secretarial and translation for meetings, working sessions of the Board or other activities as required.
- Responsible for preparing periodic or extraordinary reports of the Board to send to the SBV or state agencies
2. Legal support: - Advise on all legal aspects related to the duties of the BOD
- Draft and legally appraise all documents of the Board of Directors, the Chairman of the Board and the Committees / Councils of the Board before issuing
3. Human Resources management - Coordinate with the Human Resource Division to recruit and train personnel;
- Monitor and manage work performance; Conduct a performance evaluation
