- Based on the growth target, collect data and analyze yearly financial budget, including: depreciation, capital structure, working capital, revenue, profit and contribution to state budget; other criteria relating to trading group's financial plan.
- Updating information about any segments which might have direct or indirect impact over the company operation (from internal and external sources).
- Analyze financial information collected from internal and external sources of the company to evaluate, then propose the optimal capital structure.
- Examine and analyze company future cash inflow and outflow to prepare suitable financial plan (short-term, mid-term and long-term).
- Based on the close monitoring of company operation and consults with other consultancy units, forecast the related operation risk. Also, constantly do research to have appropriate risk forecasting method.
- Analyze, examine and provide consultancies to the procurement price of the system.
- Conduct evaluation report as requested by Directors.
- Assess the deployment of sales supporting program and related Marketing activities.
- Participate in preparing, adjusting and adding policies in Internal spending policies, Sales supporting procedure, provide recommendations to simplify the procedure and reduce the uncertainties within the system.
- Other tasks as assigned by higher authorities.
