• Maintain good relationship with existing customers in the assigned territories
• Make plan to search, visit customers to increase new and potential customers, penetrating into new markets
• Research competitors' products on the market to gain deep insight about their pros and cons
• Receive and solve complaints from customers about the product quality, delivery, etc.
