Visual and sound (V&S) category management
- Set up Business Plan and Discuss with HQ and Management to define right product line up and production positioning plan for new year business
- Manage Profit and Loss base on doing simulation plan for period of time
- Strengthen retail or distribution channel with clear product strategy & target segment to gain the market share, size. Well understanding of current market trends and conditions as well as good knowledge and network of Consumer Electronics industry.
- Manage demand forecast through PSI and closely communicate and work with Sales Team, HQ and Regional to ensure sufficient supply at any time for Sales team to maximize sales performance.
- Ensure the supply chain going smoothly by PSI management to achieve the target and KPI setting
- Identify product strategy and marketing activities in ATL/BTL
Coaching and other projects
- Define business portfolio and lead PMs team to execute and reach KPIs
- Coach for the team to develop their skill and performance in job assignments.
- Support others (Sales/FF/promoter team/…) & customer touch points to enhance TOM to brand for demand creation.
