[HCM] Technical Sales Manager

- Manage all activities of the Sales Department at both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City branches.
- Find and develop new customers, maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Develop, deploy and urge the implementation of sales plan of month/quarter/year.
- Organize activities and plan to build and promote the company's brand name to customers.
- Develop and deploy business plans and plans to ensure revenue targets and business development plans set out by month/quarter/year.
- Provide sales forecasts for each month/ quarter and potential customers, competitors, market.
- Monthly sales report to Sales Director.
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department in monitoring the payment progress and debt collection.
- Responsible for building, training, developing and guiding sales staff.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Director.

- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Material, BA
- 7-10 years of experience in selling welding material/ equipment with a proven sales record
- Very good English communication, presentation skills
- Teamwork, leadership skills
