- Understand warranty and repair procedure & process
- Follow up and ensure all old/ broken penal/ MCB would be well receive and repair by Repair Hub before sending back to Authorized Service Center (ASC).
- Plan & estimate for TV Panel/ Mainboard (MCB) & allocate to Repair Center accordingly
- Monthly & yearly estimate for repaired part and for SEIHAN (a monthly forecast meeting) such as quantity, cost, timeline, process status.
- Manage quality of repaired penal/ MCB with technology knowledge as well as communicate effectively with related Repair Hub.
- Repair Center Operation management
- Analyze from collected data for better forecast and estimation of panel/ MCB & repair part
- RMA Claim Management
Check Return Merchandize/ Material Authorize (RMA) claim from PIC of Consumer Service and submit to Regional Customer Service Solution (CSS) monthly basis
