Planning:
  • Planning (monthly / quarterly) sales plan for each MT customer.
  • Planning (monthly / quarterly) forecast sales by category product.
  • Planning (monthly / quarterly) promotional sales for each MT customer.
  • Planning (monthly) payment plan for each customer.
Executing:
  • Work with internal team to provide goods to customer on time.
  • Review (weekly) customer's inventory to maintain goods in store.
  • Work with operation team to explore & align the best POP location in stores.
  • Develop display (merchandising) program through coordinating with principles & customer.
  • Follow up the payment plan.
  • Review business results by accounts & by stores to come up with actionable plan to deliver positive growth.
Operating & Organizing:
  • Supporting sales worker to deliver sales plan to customer.
  • Training product & sales skill to sales worker.
  • Manage & guaranteed sales worker to compliance company's rule.
  • Working internally with multiple functions to get alignment & execution on (monthly & quarterly) activities. Get the support from these functions to fix internal issues & customer complaints.
  • Handling internal issues timely & completely
Reporting:
  • On-time reporting & actionable plan to fix fundamentals gap.
  • Monthly & quarterly review, action plan input to grow business.
