-Develops sales strategy and tactics base on company strategy to achieve company budget
- Decides sales price policy and promotion plan with marketing
- Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staffs
- Manages personnel and develops marketing and marketing support staffs
- Reviews progress of Sales roles throughout the company
- Set up annual budget, quarterly and monthly target and initiate to achieve those target with staffs
- Develops specific plans to ensure budget achievement in all company's products
- Appraises all sales staff's productivity
- Proposes proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales result
- Revises all sales policies, practices and procedures to match with environment changing
- Establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers
- Develops short-and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit
- Educates sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of skill and knowledge
- Establish and control budgets for sales promotion
- reviews expenses and realize cost deduction ideas
- Holds regular meeting with sales staff
