Responsibilities
Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns. Using the full
marketing mix for the company's marketing communications.
Plan and organize complex PR campaign, press release and customer presentations to attract
prospective customers
Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for products or services on a variety of media (social,
print etc.)
Copy writing for related marketing collaterals & PR contents, including brochures, letters, emails,
social media, websites and printed media.
Developing and producing marketing materials including leaflets, posters and flyers which involve
writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers
Supporting line manager to propose the open letters, product advertising through email, SMS, and
digital marketing tools.
Prepare and build budget for marketing campaigns/activities. Monitor ongoing campaign expenses
against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. Produce an
accurate summary of total spend at the end of a marketing campaign.
Work with internal and external teams to proceed documents/contracts related to the services or
programs being implemented.
Assisting in the production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting, with particular reference to
pricing, presentation and promotion.
Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness
Other tasks related to Marketing as assigned by Leader/Manager/Director
