JOB SUMMARY:
- To deal with Convenience stores and to develop the strategic Plan for Key Account Business across the country for increasing market share, NSR and ensuring a profitable volume growth by delivering account specific business solution
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prioritized Responsibilities
- Manage group of International or Stated Accounts
- Drive Revenue 's Growth and being best supplier in MT channel
- Lead NARTD share at their areas of responsibility and drive balanced brand and pack focus
- Drive excellent execution at account and store level by strong collabortation with Regional team
- Manage trading term (renewal and activation) with their respective accounts within timeframe and budget
- Listing new product at their account by connecting with MT business planning as timeline
- Customer engagement
- Performance management:
- Deliver Key Account off premise sales volume. Work closely with Region KA teams to monitor weekly/monthly volume. Work with customers to agree on monthly shipment plans. Manage AR
- Control Key Account off premise DME
- People Development:
- Build KA team capability both national & regional. Trainings provided to both National & Regional teams. On the job training/coaching. Weekly routines meetings with Region KA teams
