1. Coordinate and directly develop competency framework, curriculum and career development path for the positions
- Participate in research and propose the application of new training methods to the target audience to ensure effective training;
- Develop a capacity development framework linked to the career path for positions;
- Develop training program based on the model 70:20:10 and ensure the quality of the training program;
- Set up tools for capacity assessment (knowledge, skills, behavior, thinking, attitudes);
- Advise the business unit on issues related to capacity development and career path.
- Develop regulations, processes, guideline within the scope of the capacity development;
- Engage with stakeholders to set up a technology infrastructure or tools to develop the capacity and career path;
2. Ensure the quality of the programs
- Conduct surveys to assess the effectiveness of enhancing capacity for staff through questionnaires/ face-to-face interviews/ appropriate measures;
3. Synthesize, report and update work progress
- Identify, track and report the management of risks in the implementation of work to get timely solutions;
