Navigos Search's client is a Europe company which provides Business Communications Platform for the international market. They have more than 50 offices worldwide, partners with more than 200,000 clients.
In order to enhance the quality of their customer service, they are urgently looking for an Enterprise Presales Engineer to join Hanoi Team.

The responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

  • You know technical aspects of Infobip's products and solutions as a back of your hand.
  • Identify new and innovative use cases for products and solutions.
  • Overview and update the latest industry trends as well as the competition.
  • Understand client's business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.
  • Presenting solutions with sales team..
  • Deliver all projects on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Providing product education, technical assistance, and after-sales support to clients.


You are our ideal candidates if you meet these requirements:

  • More than 3 years experience in pre-sales development, sales engineer, technical sales, system integration or similar position.
  • Graduaterd in Engineering , IT and technology or related field.
  • Creative thinking to meet clients' needs.
  • Presentation products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
  • Great English in both verbal and written.
  • High motivation, teamworking skills.
  • Enjoy travelling to foreign countries, even for a long period.
