- In charge of a specific category/ group of categories
- Develop channel & shopper insights and translate insights into business building opportunities
- Build specific trade plans for eCommerce channel & deliver category/ brand objectives
- Identify trade spend opportunities and allocate funds for each sector while analyzing risks
- Match brand objectives with customer & market needs
- Deliver TO target for categories
- Work out monthly rolling forecast for assigned categories: Prepare promotion sell-out volume & build incremental sales volume
- Co-work with marketing, media & customer team: Co-create plan for launch/ re-launch, key events, brand-led campaigns
- Manage sales operation: Prepare deployment plan & execution of promotion
- Serve as primary contact for eCommerce content-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to deploy Omni-channel assets
- Deliver Perfect Store Online elements to customer. Ensure Clavisscore target.
- Make recommendations for brands on featured banners to improve performance, increase efficiencies, and drive growth
- Build & cultivate relationships with key content persons in eCommerce retailers to stay updated of best practices, new features & developments, unique collaboration opportunities, etc.
- Be a gate controller for every on-site images & pictures
