Communications
· Play the key role in drawing & executing the corporate's media/communication short-term & long-term strategies in line with the business strategy as a whole;
· Develop branding initiatives and Manage corporate brand and reputation
· Manage media relations and oversee all social media interactions
· Manage all public relations and publicly represent the company when needed
· Media crisis management and preemptive planning
· Ensure quality control of all information releases
· Build & coach team members to ensure the individual performance achievement.
· Plan and manage communications budget
Events:
l Map out the annual and quarterly plan of events in line with the company's business strategy
l Develop general event management policies
l Lead the coordination, and support to ensure successful execution of off-site events especially with outside partners
l Serve as a link between the host of the event and external bodies
l Manage event design elements and promotions including: event marketing, invitations mailings, design of printed materials, public relations, event agendas and logistics, and post-event follow up procedures.
l Plan and execute events budget.
