Job Description

  • Defining the products brand local Website priorities in the cooperation with the local businesses
  • Defining local product portfolio to be digitalized in the cooperation with the local businesses
  • Lead product translation and integration in the cooperation with the local businesses (including content quality and assessment);
  • Lead website content/experience translation in the cooperation with the local businesses
  • Local content approvals coordination
  • Managing redirections and URL mapping
  • Reviewing Keywords in local language and providing feedback in the cooperation with the local businesses
  • Website maintenance
  • Local digital priorities setting, based on the country priorities, in line with the Asia Area priorities
  • Working with the local organization on the project deliverables, timing in line with the aligned projects priorities and scope (local timing development, targets setting, projects leading at the country level)
  • Intranet management including content deployment and up-date
  • Be the primary point of contact for all things related to eCommerce acceleration
  • Responsible for co-developing and implementing the regional strategy in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders ensuring business priorities are taken into consideration
  • Establishing eCommerce entitlement
  • Defining the opportunities where 3M can win in the channel building strong account plans through joint business planning sessions
  • Developing action plans and track milestones to ensure revenue targets are met
  • Facilitate communication, plans and execution between the business units and the resources available.
  • Conduct portfolio & channel prioritization exercises with the business units to determine focus areas, based on regional prioritized portfolio & category recommendations derived from data & insights
  • Development of 12 months local digital plan (incl. activities calendar and budget) in line with the Area Digital Plan and with local businesses
  • Coordinating plans and supervising implementation of demand generation projects;
  • Execution and optimization of locally driven campaigns
  • Content adaptation (based on global and area toolkits)
  • Social media execution and area content adaptation (based on global and area social media toolkits)
  • Local specific social/digital media content development
  • Marketing Automation campaign replication (based on the Global/Area templates)
  • Locally driven mailings execution and optimization
  • Educating marketers on effective methods of online demand generation

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 5 years of proven track record in Digital Marketing & eCommerce
  • Demonstrated experience on leading and managing SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Knowledge of search, social media and display tools- Spredfast, Adobe, Brandwatch or similar tools etc.
  • Experience in Google AdWords and Google Analytics
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Salesforce.com or Oracle Eloqua experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
