Position: Digital Marketing Executive

Work location: Ho Chi Minh City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate would respectfully handle as Internal Bridge between the company and agencies/ third party to:
+ create creative content for making brief to agencies, based on strong understanding of company's plan and strategies
+ manage and maximize all opportunities to grasp digital innovation that meet business requirement
+ Closely work and build strong relationship with Agencies and Strategic Partners for usual Digital Marketing process, from planning, research, execution of digital marketing campaign to measurement and report

In details:

  • Create Brief that reflects the business needs to the Agencies, and closely work with Agencies to deliver communication plan, integrated digital activities, concept & ideas & content creation, oversee Shooting, Media strategies, plan, execution and measurement
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns on all digital platforms at proper level and fast speed: Display, Video, Social, Search, Influencers, Media Data, Real Time Dashboard, Content…
  • Oversee, monitor and optimize content, media performance. Share digital data, insight on how to build brand equity effectively and meet targeted KPIs. Cooperate with multiple teams to find solutions for raised issues during campaign.
  • Track and measure performances. Provide "Digital Learnings", regular internal reports for the development of new marketing strategies
  • Managed assigned marketing budget
  • Work with agencies to delvelop and evaluate the buying media for social digital plan

    KEY REQUIREMENTs:
  • Possessed intensive knowledge of digital marketing, brand positioning, brand portrait, consumer insight, consumer segmentation & industry trend
  • Experience to work in Creative agencies/ or client sides in FMCG or Automobiles industry
  • Able to set KPI with agencies
  • Proactive to coordinate with relating partners/ stakeholders to ensure excellent execution (Brand/ PR/ Product/ Sales teams)
  • Passion in fashion and social digital activities
    - Project management skills: being time-sensitive for projects and working to deadlines
  • Familiar with brand plan & all brand KPI
    * Technical experience in photoshop is a Plus
