 Oversee the formulation and implementation of product launch digital marketing strategies that are in line with regional and local strategies.
 As the Consumer Insight lead for the affiliate, leverage on and ensure the effective integration of local and regional consumer insights into these strategies. Develop strategic insight synthesis to help inform and drive actions.
 Ensure Brands develop and understanding of the consumer through analyzing and cultivating CRM data and recommend appropriate reflective digital/marketing campaigns and/or innovations.
 Develop active, collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, key influencers, new media and vendors for successful negotiations, by leveraging on economy of scale, shared resources and learnings, all leading to efficiency and increased market share.
 Pioneer and lead in creating new engagement channels to help the business unleash new categories and geographical relevant consumer needs that lead to new concepts, new product propositions and increased consumer base.
 Ensure affiliate alignment with and achievement of Regional/Corporate KPIs.
 Overall Affiliate Lead on crisis management of social media, and work with Global Corporate Communications, the local Brands/Brand Regionals and agency on solutions/interventions.


 Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or social media communications within FMCG or Luxury Goods industry and /or relevant experience in online marketing in related industries
 Solid experience in development & execution in:
- Digital media campaigns: Search, Display, Mobile & Social Media
- Website/Microsite campaigns
- Email marketing campaigns
- Mobile campaigns
 Display in-depth knowledge about various social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, Instagram and etc.) and how they use these platforms to create campaigns
 Creative, conceptual thinking, strong co-ordination and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
 Results-oriented, with strong drive to meet objectives and ELC’s/prestige cosmetics high standards
