Together with the Country Manager, to work with local Brands’ marketing teams to formulate product launch digital marketing strategies that are in line with regional and local strategies as well as work closely with local Brands/Brand Regionals on campaign direction analysis.
Build and maintain calendar of the assigned Brands digital programs.
Manage the Brands’ digital assets, development and localization as well curating the Brands’ marketing programs to leverage on the selected partners’ online strengths.
Work with agency and marketing teams to lead Search Engine Marketing with given budget.
Work with agency to formulate and execute social media marketing plans including but not limited to Facebook and forum seeding, including management of local events and the development/maintenance of relationships with media and key influencers.
Together with local Brand marketing team, work with the other Brand functions (sales, training) to ensure digital campaign objectives are communicated and execution excellence is achieved at offline level (O2O integration).
Track and evaluate the performance of digital marketing programs (including product launch digital program KPIs, Facebook analysis, K-matrix and web analytics, sales return) in order to generate learning for whole team to apply learning in next program.
Timeline and monitor execution of all digital marketing programs to ensure milestones are reached and program delivered on time.
Control and monitor spending on full year digital marketing spending, including digital media buying recommendation.
Support Country Manager and Brands in crisis management of social media, and execute solutions/interventions recommended by Global Corporate Communications, the local Brands/Brand Regionals and agency on solutions/interventions.
Monitor competitors’ digital marketing activities.
University Degree or equivalent Advance Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital marketing and/or social media communications within FMCG or Luxury Goods industry and /or relevant experience in online marketing in related industries - Solid experience in development & execution in: - Digital media campaigns : Search, Display, Mobile & Social Media - Website/Microsite campaigns - Email marketing campaigns - Mobile campaigns
Display in-depth knowledge about various social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and etc.) and how they use these platforms to create campaigns
Creative, conceptual thinking, good co-ordination and interpersonal skills, attentive to details
Results-oriented, with strong drive to meet objectives and ELC’s/prestige cosmetics high standards.
