· Build and organize staffing structure for the new product line in Ho Chi Minh City & provinces (in stages)

· Develop short-term and long-term sales strategies that apply to each group.

· In charge of market expansion. Support team leaders and salespeople dealing with partners.

· Representatives of the company negotiate and sign contracts; present at conferences.

· Planning, building a management system and implementing weekly continuous training tasks for sales team leaders and employees. The training system includes product operations, communication-related skills, customer persuasion, sales closing, pre & after-sales customer care skills, management skills, etc.

· Monitoring the process of approaching customers, revenue of each business group, timely supporting and promoting groups to achieve required sales by week, month and quarter. Actively seeking new customers & developing markets / market share

· Analyzing trends and fluctuations of market, competitors, giving timely solutions;

· Collect customer and market information to build a database for a room.

· Weekly report of business activities to Sales Director & MKT. Directly receive the executive assignment of the Direct Manager, the Board of Directors.
