_ Formulate annual Operation plan/strategies to comply with Company Business direction.
_ Responsible for smooth functioning and operation of the company covering Administration, Facilities and Securities, Training and Accounting
_ Set up and strengthen policies, procedures to improve good operation of the company.
_ Provide summary reports and make proposals to management.
_ Manage service quality provided by contractors/suppliers to make sure they follow the Service contract's terms _ and conditions timely which meet the company's qualified standard.
_ Other tasks as assigned by General Manager.
