  • Have 4 - 5 year previously worked in Sales or Customer Care in a professional capacity and have at least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Think quick on your feet and come up with creative solutions to operational problems
  • Understand that personal growth is a result of self-awareness and coach ability and bring both to the table
  • Are a natural-born-communicator and genuinely enjoy interacting with people on a daily basis, convincing them in innovative approach
  • Are data- and performance-oriented, and optimize your approach for efficiency
  • Can easily access an office in Central HCM 5 times a week
