Our client is a large group operating in the technology and internet field with over 1000 employees. In order to expand their business, they are urgently looking for a Customer Services Director. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with products stakeholders, represent and champion for the voice of the players and customers experience.
- Operate Call Centre; ensure that the KPIs and performance are well-managed.
- Manage quality control, give feedback into the operation
- Provide operational support and inspirational leadership to ensure that all team members have a properly consistent understanding of company strategy and each individual roles; support them to work effectively towards business goals.
- Perform outstanding leadership and accomplishment in the Customer Services team, both personally, and through team member development and management.
