Report to: Regional Sales Manager
· Managing and selling Crop Protection into the Agricultural industry.
· Conducting product forecasts and stock planning for the production of products.
· Building relationships with farmers and or distributors.
· Identifying ways to grow the company's market share reaching sales targets.
· Compiling budgets and sales forecast for the year ahead, as well as planning sale strategies to accomplish the company's objective.
· Manage 7-10 sales staff below.
· At least 3 years working as the same position
· Be able to cover Mekong Delta but based in Can Tho
· English Intermediate
· Leadership skills
