- Drive sales through BD, telesales and face-to-face interactions with potential customers (#1 priority)
- Sales management including target setting, daily pipeline follow-up, support for closing sales within your team.
- Drive sales strategy, sales process and monitor product sales
- Recruitment, training, sales coaching, performance management.
- Develop, execute, and meet short- and long-term sales goals.
- Execution of off- and online campaigns and large , e.g., student and competitions
- Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities.
- Set lead target and leading online/ offline lead generation campaign
- Plan marketing strategy for product
- Drive marketing activities through online and offline channels
- Work with Central team to plan and execute marketing activities for Vietnam
- Drive customer relationship management and retention program: Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships and ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and support.
- Responsibility for the control and monitoring of budgets as well as ensuring effective expense planning and cost controls.
- Crisis management and complaint handling.

- Minimum Bachelor Degree with excellent English skill (both verbal and non-verbal)
- Minimum 5 years experiences at the role of Sales & Marketing Manager/Business Development Manager, or Admission Manager/Student Recruitment Manager in prestigious companies providing overseas study services/products
- Solid understanding and knowledges of Overseas study services/products
- Strong leadership, organization and presentation skill
