1. Prepare & implement monitoring meeting
- Work with other departments to prepare the documents/ issue / schedule for meeting.
- Prepare meeting/ Make minutes/ Follow up the activities of departments.
- Provides the ideas to enhance the effectiveness of meeting, impact to the business activities
2. Implement ESS/ ISS survey
- Review/ evaluate the result of previous survey. And analysis situation of company to adjust the content of survey.
- Responsible for working with third party about the survey.
- Implement/ Follow up/ report the result of survey. Provides the ideas.
3. Publishing Newsletter
- Responsible for all activities of publishing Newsletter of company.
4. Corporate with CSR dept.
5. Administration duties
- Carry out the approval matrix of company.
- Keep and manage legal documents of the Company.
6. Other administration support as assigned by superiors.
