  1. Accounting:
  • Review daily accounting transactions of Long An, HCM branch and Hai duong factory.
  • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
  • Ensure the compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and company procedures as well as the accuracy of all information and data.
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, cash flow and cost analysis report submitted on time.
  • Check and approve all payments before submit to GD.
  • Review and input comment on all kind of contracts, sign initial before submit to GD.
  • Join with purchasing team or project team in negotiation process with supplier.
  • Coordinate with other depts. monitor fixed assets, costing and inventory.
  • Co ordinate with HR team to monitor monthly payroll.
  • Co ordinate with IT and finance team in order to set up modules in FAST Hai duong factory.
  • Working closely with the operations and finance teams in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis.
  • Ensuring cost allocations are in line.
  • Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns.
  • Work consultatively with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
  1. Tax compliance:
  • Implement the related monthly, periodical reports, tax declarations and tax issue resolutions such as VAT, FCT, PIT, CIT, etc. as required.
  • Handle all tax matters.
  • Liaise with tax authorities for VAT refund. Ensure VAT refund on time as plan.
  • Update new tax circulars, degree, law in order to optimize company tax position.
  1. Internal Control:
  • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies.
  • Review and improve all internal procedures.
  1. Budget:
  • Ensure all expenditure under budget control.
  • Explain variance between budget and actual.
  • Co ordinate with finance team for preparing annual budget and rolling forecast.
  1. Administrative:
  • Train, coach and develop accounting team.
  • Develop KPI for each staff.
