  • Develop and drive strategy for change management, communication plan, ensure its smooth execution.
  • Build up change management process and to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiatives.
  • Analyze and manage risk mitigation tactics. 
  • Define the success metrics and monitor change progress.
  • Regularly seek feedbacks on stakeholders’ concerns and ensure stakeholders are satisfied during change management process.
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness before any changes.
  • Lead the discussion and work closely with HR department to conduct the change management plan in line with culture & regulation.
  • Lead project team to execute all related tasks and provide necessary training to users.
  • Lead experts to build toolkit and framework for change management as well as change communication.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and propose solution to stakeholders.

Additional responsibilities may include: 

  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance. 
  • Consult and coach project teams. 
  • Support and engage senior leaders. 
  • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
  • Experience in change management of BIG4 is preferable.
  • Strong in training and building up process and policy.
  • In-house Change management experience in big MNCs. 
  • Experience in change management in large transformation projects.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good at presentation and influencing skills.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Result oriented skills
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
