The responsibilities of the role include, but not limited to:

REQUIREMENTS

1. Knowledge/ Functional Experience:

  • At least 10-year experience in retail & distribution industry, including the role as CEO / senior executive management (C-suite) and value creator for shareholders

  • Extensive expertise in retail distribution in Vietnam, including general trade (GT) and modern trade (MT), especially GT.

    · understand the operation of wholesale industry in Vietnam, flow of goods, behavior and retail/ wholesale insights, the difficulties of current goods.

    · set up and operate new distribution channels (CVS, supermarkets, hypermarkets, etc.,) and the interaction between these channels and new retail channels (e-commerce, virtual stores, etc.), changing consumer behavior.

  • Experience in operating Supply Chain/Logistics: identify problems and direct the company to present solutions.

  • Extensive experience in managing retail chains / large scale distribution companies with minimum revenue of USD1 billion/year, including:

    · Orient and develop business strategies, marketing & development plans in medium and long term;

    · Build and implement annual business plans

    · Supervise important resources for implementing strategies & conducting business activities;

    · Build business culture for the community, customers and strategic trust with partners, major suppliers

    · Experience in managing the balance sheet with minimum annual turnover of USD 1 billion

  • Experience in Distribution transformation


· Leading/implementing large-scale transformations, including improving business strategies, distribution/Logistics/Supply Chain systems

· Obtaining excellent achievements, widely recognized in business field
