1. Customer:

Customers (Local & International)

  • Ensure effective communication with customers through regular visits and conducting monthly performance reviews together with the respective sales managers
  • Develop a series of Workshops for potential suspects/ prospects and existing customers to go Cross Border
  • Lead, prepare and manage customer presentations and proposals, ensuring there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with the customer and company.

Commercial Head & Channel Manager:

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports as required by Commercial Head or Relationship channel manager, for the purposes of evaluating performance and formulating strategies.

Business and Trade Associations/ Industry and Commerce Associations

  • Establish relationship and work closely with their governing bodies and members

2. Stakeholder:

Government Entities & or Partners (i.e. Ministry of Information and Communications or any other entity)

  • Establish relationship and work closely with their governing bodies and members

Company's Network:

  • Work together very closely in order to assist in securing country, regional and/or global Contracts from targeted customers.

Sales Management Team:

  • Work with country management team relating to customized pricing and billing, special handling requirements, packaging, equipment, facilities and manpower.
  • Lead and coach the B2C Lead Qualifier to ensure qualified B2C leads to provide Field Sales Executives.
  • Develop and share simplified process and easy to understand B2C.
  • Coordinate with the Commercial team to provide seamless services to customers and to ensure fair internal treatment.

Operations Team

  • Coordinate with National Operations team to ensure quality services and customer satisfaction.

All Relevant Departments

  • Inform and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations flow and target achievements.

3. Process:

Business Development Group Management:

  • Plan, organize and direct Business Development Group through day-to-day management in order to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure open communication of management policies and business strategies among business development group

Strategic Business Development:

  • Plan, conduct market study, and understand market intelligence data in order to evaluate and develop solutions to meet the logistics needs of targeted customers in ecommerce.
  • Analyze, plan and implement resource requirements necessary to achieve targeted revenues by working closely with the operations/business services management team and country management team. This includes customised pricing and billing, special handling requirements, packaging, equipment, facilities and manpower.
  • Produce clear short and long term strategic plans that are achievable. Be familiar with solution selling as opposed to price and product selling.
  • Prioritize effectively, keep track of progress and ensure thorough follow-up and be systematic in approach.
  • Adapt selling approach to suit a wide range of people and situations, gain internal and external commitment to plans and is influential in meetings and negotiations.
  • Understand and define customers' needs, to increase revenue and improve profitability.
