· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

· Conduct research to identify new foreign markets and customer needs

· Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives

· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

· Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople


· More than 10 years career in palm oil and seed oil industry

· Support the development of new business in related palm oil and seed oil

· Understanding on seed oil supply chain and having relationship with key person

· Can collect the market information and make a regular report: Market position and trends ; Government policy and major player's activity

· Ability to collaborate with the other oversea branch office and HQ colleagues
