1. Business Development








  • Wind energy projects development.
  • Commercial and risk management analysis of wind energy projects.
  • Work with competent authorities to gain essential approvals (development permits, environmental assessments); work with government and private stakeholders (EVN, A1, ERAV, etc)
  • Get and maintain land rights agreements with landowners.
  • Support in preparing capital investment proposals process/ environmental assessment reporting.
  • Knowledge of legal documents and relevant industry.
  • Ensure compliance with all terms and conditions contained in agreements, including but not limited to ensure all conditions precedent under agreements of projects to be met properly
  • To support the strategic objectives of the company by conducting research and analysis on potential M&A deals in the industry, participation in international competitive bidding and other strategic transactions

2. Construction

  • To have knowledge and experiences about the commercial side of the project, provide advices and implement cost-saving actions at all times.
  • To corporate well with other related departments and divisions in all business activities and field programs; to provide support in preparing change orders (if any), and to assure that all phases of construction meet contract specifications.

3. Support to Management
  • To support manager in administrative and communication tasks as directed to ensure the effective informational flow, the accuracy of all relevant information and database for both internal and external requirements.

(III) Education and Experience
  1. Graduation from Engineering department - a degree in MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Having about 5 to 10 years' experience in developing power projects; knowledge of the regulatory and legal framework in Vietnam
  3. Having good understanding of the commercial and techno-economic aspects of power projects
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Ability to speak fluently in English and good writing skills
  6. Having experience in working for a foreign investor, most preferably for wind projects and other renewable energy projects, is a competitive advantage.
