AREA SALES MANAGER - NORTH BASE HANOI
1. JOB SUMMARY
- Maintaining and increasing business opportunities, reaching the targets and goals set for the area
- Servicing the needs of existing customers and timely report to the company about customer feedback, maintain and expanding customers database
- Compiling, analyzing and reporting sales figures
- Developing sales strategies and setting targets for individual member and team
- Allocating areas to sales team members
- Recruiting and training sales staff; Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors, Execute Market research when needed
2. REQUIREMENT
- At least 5 years' experience in sales, including 2 years in similar positions for FMCG/Foods products
- Good at sales and negotiation skills, communication with both internal staff/manager and external customers
- Good business sense
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- Driving license is preferred
- English communication skill is must have
