1. Business Development
Propose plans to develop the distribution system for the area to achieve its annual business goals.
Develop and implement clear business objectives that are consistent with the company's business strategy for annual target audits.
Develop short-term and long-term development plans for the area.
Improve the efficiency of sales and promotions in line with the budget allocated.
Make sure to communicate clearly and precisely the promotions and pricing policies to sales sup.
Promote distributors to achieve sales target, market share, distribution through sales proposals in the area.
Leading executives on the market to ensure the presence and image of superior products in the area.
Evaluate the quarterly distribution system to promptly propose solutions to improve performance such as increase/decrease or reconstruct distributors or sales routes.
Make sure the NPP fulfills all the commitments made in the contract with the company.
Improve the capacity of the supervisor through regular assessment & training sessions, and group meetings using tools, employee training models.
Train staff skills building partnerships with distributors to motivate them to carry out business engagements.
Develop and communicate to employees effective tools/solutions in the marketplace.
Collaborate with the Human Resources/Training team to identify the development needs of the ESCO staff to plan human resources development, assess the performance, identify training needs and develop a plan. Professional development for the team
3. Customer Development
Maintaining the plan to develop the customer system, distribution system in the area.
Managing business activities at distributors to push distributors to achieve business targets and indicators.
Suggestions with parts such as Trade Marketing / GTM looking for sell-in & sell out solutions in the area.
Ensure distributors comply with and apply the programs and systems deployed to them.
4. Strengthen Operation
Clearly define objectives, criteria for performance appraisal and measurement to the staff.
To supervise the performance of the staff and make the necessary adjustments appropriate and timely.
Ensure effective investment resources in distributors in the area.
Ensure the operation of the distribution system/sales line continuously and smoothly.
Ensure the implementation of TU tools in the business of NPP in the area.
Managing change in the area in line with the company's business objectives.
Managing crises/problems arising in the area.
Ensure effective investment in refrigerators, TOT, display shelves installed in the area.
Ensure the approval of the installation of the visicooler, TOT, display shelf in accordance with the company policy.
Regularly review reports of changes in property status accurately and in a timely manner.
Graduated College / University
At least 5 years in the sales department. Prior experience in FMCG.
