  • Acquire, update and analyze relevant information about the market and business environment: market sizes, market segmentation, competitors, customers and other relevant market intelligence
  • Identify marketing strategies and develop business plan for assigned portfolio to support sale team aligned with agreed business objectives
  • Implement and oversight all marketing & communication activities to manage the agreed KPIs and ensure the consistent in marketing communication, branding positioning and company image value
  • Manage the allocation of marketing budget to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L
  • Manage forecasting for revenue and production
  • Plan and implement new product launch across difference channels and new product innovation aligned with regional & global species manager
