- To lead and manage distributors achieving sales target sustainably in assigned area
- To give inputs, proposal & feedback for commercial strategies & distributors' policy
- To manage & ensure commercial policies, distributors' investments, etc. are implemented properly complied with company's strategy and policy
- To be accountable for sales targets and other KPIs to be achieved in assigned area
- To build and maintain good relationship with customers, able to manage conflicts among distributors and within distributors system
- To actively keep track on market situation, competitors and business environment changing then propose and implement anticipate actions to line manager timely
- To be accountable for sales reports accurately and timely & update customers profile.
