Job Description

  • Provide excellent management and leadership to Media team and work collaboratively with sales team.
  • Partner with internal and external content managers, editors, designers, developers, and other digital advertising content provider to ensure we align with the latest update on digital media to provide the digital brand strategy platform to clients, and meet their needs.
  • Manage multiple digital projects and maintain schedules and budgets.
  • Fluent in developing digital optimization techniques to deliver the best user experiences in the most technically efficient manner.
  • Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products, and customer needs and insights.
  • Ensuring effective, branded digital media communications including the company website.
  • Give post campaign analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
  • Contribute to build as an expert in display ad.
  • Developing the digital strategy and experiences to deliver creative connections between client's brands and consumers.
  • Management & performance optimization of the longer-term digital engagement platforms for key clients.
  • Responsible for the on-going management and performance optimization of participation platforms to reach Client's KPI.
  • Working with IT team develop DSP.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and technology partners. Identify any needs for further partnerships, find appropriate partners and manage those new relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, and agency profitability.
  • Recruiting, training, retaining, motivating and managing team
  • Degree holder or equivalent.
  • IT background would be a value added.
  • Minimum 4-5 years working experience with 2 years of managerial experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Deep understanding and execution experience of digital marketing, such as Google Adwords, Google analytics, Facebook, email marketing…etc.
  • Knowledge of Adwords, Adnetworks system, Adexchanges, RTB, DSP, DMP.
  • Good business acumen, self-driven individual.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to make a difference.
  • Energetic, confident and self-motivated.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Resilient in problem solving and resourceful in handing challenges.
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken is a must.
