Oanh is a long-standing figure in the human resources service industry with more than 9 years of working experiences at a wide range of positions. Joined Navigos Search in 2014, she is leading a team of 17 consultants who works closely and assists key clients in the Industrial and Manufacturing sectors to identify and attract the most competent talents in the market. Together they have successfully deliver more than hundreds of placements at senior and executive levels for Manufacturing and Industrial segment in global and national corporations, especially Vietnam market.
At Navigos Search, as a regional director overseeing the Southern region, Oanh is determined to applying creative problem solving, seeking to implement latest business intelligence and providing excellent management skills to achieve optimum utilization of the company’s resources while maximizing profits. With strong commitment, unwavering passion, her ambition is to create and architect success to everybody, including her clients, candidates and colleagues. Prior to joining Navigos Search, Oanh has over 5 years of working experience at another Human Resource service company where she covered executive search and selection business in the Manufacturing, Logistic, Operation industries, leading a team of professionals, and guiding the efforts of marketing and business development to create new opportunities within the industry.
